Hardscape Foreman - Outdoor Living Projects We are a growing high-end outdoor living company based in the North Shore area, specializing in paver patios, retaining walls, grading, and full landscape transformations.We are looking for a highly experienced Hardscape Foreman who can lead a crew, take ownership of projects, and deliver clean, professional results.This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company long-term.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a crew on residential hardscape projects Install paver patios, retaining walls, steps, and outdoor living features Execute proper base prep, grading, drainage, and compaction Read plans and ensure projects are completed correctly and efficiently Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and professionalism Communicate with management and keep projects on track Requirements:Strong experience in hardscaping (patios, walls, grading, base prep) Proven ability to lead a crew and run projects independently Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and professional Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer:$30-$40/hour based on experience and leadership ability Consistent, steady work Paid holidays (Labor Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas) End-of-year performance bonus Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Raise opportunities based on performance Who This Role Is For:This position is for someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and be part of a company building high-end outdoor projects.If you are just looking for a basic labor position, this is not the role.Pay:$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits:Opportunities for advancement Safety equipment provided People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s):how many years of hardscape experience do you have?
