Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Lead Installer specializing in Pavers and Sitework to oversee and execute complex outdoor construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of proven expertise in hardscape installation, site development, and related construction disciplines. This leadership role requires a strong understanding of project management, technical skills, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively to ensure high-quality results. The Hardscape Lead will play a critical role in planning, supervising, and delivering outdoor construction projects that meet client specifications and safety standards. Mostly installing driveways, pavers, drainage, and doing site prep work. Pergola installation also a plus. Planting and irrigation also a plus. Our team is soft scape heavy right now and we are trying to balance it out. Responsibilities Install and lead hardscape installation projects, including pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other sitework elements. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction drawings related to masonry, concrete forming, and site layout. Use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication processes on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe work environment. Perform quality control inspections during various phases of construction including masonry, concrete finishing, tile laying, stucco application, and other related tasks. Knowledge of JobTread is a huge plus. Mostly installing driveways, pavers, drainage, and doing site prep work. Pergola installation also a plus. Planting and irrigation also a plus. Requirements 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in hardscape installation with a focus on pavers and sitework projects. Driveways, walkways, pergola, site work, grading, drainage. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; experience with construction estimating is preferred. Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (e.g., skid steers), and fabrication equipment. Familiarity with construction inspection procedures ensuring quality standards are met throughout all phases of work. Need to be able to drive. Valid experience in construction site management with excellent organizational skills.
