Qualifications Must be outgoing, enthusiastic and engaging with customers- and NOT AFRAID of asking for the sale.Be a relationship builder and be able to network socially in the motorcycle world.Must be computer and technology savvy.Ability to pass a background check, Must have a positive attitude, trustworthy, and be able to communicate/team mates well with our customers when needed.Mechanically inclined is REALLY helpful.Handle stress with ease during peak riding seasons.Be absolutely stoked every day about riding Harley-Davidson Motorcycles! Responsibilities Greet and engage guests Perform inventory cycle counts Create product displays and be an ace at merchandising Sell product to customers using Feature Advantage Benefit sales Cashier customers, make change and be efficient on computers.Be a problem solver and a cool human being!
