Rogers Group is seeking candidates to fill a position as an Off-Road Haul Truck Driver for the for the Burns Quarry, located in Burns, TN. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. This position will report to the foreman. Wages starting at $25.00/hr. JOB DETAILS: Location: Burns Quarry- Burns, TN Full- Time Day Shift Wages starting at $25.00/hr JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate haul trucks to move shot rock from the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process. Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management. Effective communication skills applicable to position. Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency. Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required. Must be
