A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Representative - Work From Home Hawaii. Key Responsibilities Verify insurance coverage for new and existing patients Process patient prescription orders in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers Required Qualifications 6+ months of experience in medical insurance, benefits verification, medical billing, or healthcare customer service Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required Pharmacy experience (PBM, Specialty, etc.) is preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party vendors is preferred Healthcare-related certifications and/or licensure are a plus
