Quinn Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced HBP Title Landman to support asset management, drilling, and divestiture projects across Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming, New Mexico, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. This role requires deep experience in held-by-production title, depth severances, and complex mineral ownership. This position is best suited for a landman who is highly detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable handling title independently. Key Responsibilities Perform full mineral and leasehold title examination Analyze HBP and depth-severed title Prepare runsheets, ownership reports, and title support materials Identify title defects and outline curative requirements Support acquisition and divestiture due diligence Coordinate with legal, land, and operations teams Understand regulatory impacts on title Qualifications 5+ years of oil and gas title experience Strong experience with HBP title and depth severances Proven knowledge of mineral and working interest title Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Adobe Familiarity with federal, state, and regulatory considerations Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines AAPL membership preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Employment Details Fully remote Independent contractor (1099) Project-based and ongoing work available Competitive compensation based on experience
