Job Title: Hands-On Sr. HCM Solution Architect Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient HCM Solution Architect who thrives in a hands-on environment, while also possessing the ability to strategically partner with senior business leaders. Responsibilities Hands-On Implementation Leadership: Take ownership of the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, leading configuration workshops, performing hands-on system setup, troubleshooting issues, and guiding the technical team throughout the project lifecycle. Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders (VP of HR and above), acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM strategy, implementation, and optimization. Joint Roadmap Development: Collaborate with business leaders to develop comprehensive Oracle Cloud HCM roadmaps that align with their strategic objectives, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. Solution Design and Configuration: Collaborate with business leaders to design, rchitect, and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that meet their unique needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
