Head Coach New Location | Commack, NY Lapine Fitness Studio Lapine Fitness Studio (LFS) has just opened a brand-new location in Commack and entering an exciting phase of expansion. We’re hiring a head coach to help grow this facility. At LFS, great coaching comes first. We are looking for a rockstar coach who is ready to take their career to the next level, this role will consist of coaching 25-30 hours per week. If you love coaching, care deeply about people, and are excited by the idea of getting in on the ground floor of a growing facility, this could be the positon for you. This is a full-time, salaried position with health benefits and paid time off. Core Responsibilities Coaching (Approx. 25–30 sessions per week) Leading safe, engaging, and effective training sessions Individualize programing for each member in a session Building strong relationships with members Helping members achieve meaningful progress Have coaching conversations with memebrs to support progress Upholding LFS training standards and coaching principles Continuously developing as a coach through education and mentorship Studio Operations: Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational standard Set up and break down daily wokrouts post shift maintailed detailed member records Collaborate with ownership on community events and studio initiatives Maintain alignment between LFS values and daily operations Admin: Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings and longer progrmaing meetings every 6 weeks Be responsive to slack and email messages Ideal candidates will have: 5+ years of personal training experience Experience coaching small group personal training Strong interpersonal and communication skills High standards for coaching quality Excellent organization and follow-through A genuine care for people and their progress An ownership mindset and pride in their work Excitement about building something from the ground up Position Details Location: Commack, NY Hours: Full-time, in-person Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually Benefits: Health benefits and paid time off role Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Gym membership Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
