Patiperros Restobar – Miami Beach At Patiperros Restobar, we’re looking for a strong, reliable Head Cook who can lead our kitchen with consistency, urgency, and pride. Our concept blends Latin flavors, Chilean-inspired dishes, brunch favorites, late-night energy, and high-volume service. We need someone who can keep quality high while managing a fast-paced kitchen environment. Position Overview The Head Cook will oversee kitchen operations, food quality, and line execution. This role requires leadership, speed, cleanliness, communication, and the ability to maintain standards during both brunch and busy dinner/night shifts. Responsibilities Ensure food is prepared consistently and plated correctly Manage kitchen organization Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety standards Control food waste and portion consistency Coordinate timing between kitchen and front of house Requirements Previous experience as a Head Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Manager Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable and punctuality Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: Takes ownership of the kitchen Leads by example Works clean and organized Can handle rushes without losing quality Communicates well Wants to help grow the restaurant long-term Schedule Full-time Typical hours include Brunch shifts Dinner service Weekend late nights Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth!
