Job Description
Year-round position - Full-time - 40 hours per weekPerforms all responsibilities of keeping buildings neat, clean, and safe at all times.1. Requisitions for needed supplies2. Coordinates work orders for the maintenance technician and requisitions for emergency and/or major damages in need of repairing from the Facilities Director3. Reassigns custodial staff for set up of special events4. COORDINATES AND ASSIGNS SCHOOL CUSTODIAL STAFF DURING SCHOOL VACATIONS5. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAILY COORDINATION OF THE SCHOOL CUSTODIAL STAFF; INCLUDING, ASSIGNMENT OF JOB TASKS, HOURS OF WORK, AND OTHER RELATED AREAS.6. FUNCTIONS AS A LIAISON BETWEEN THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL AND THE BUILDING CUSTODIAL STAFF FOR DAY-TO-DAY CLEANING AND CUSTODIAL OPERATIONS
