Head Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper at a busy timeshare resort. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, communicating with front desk and maintenance, and ensuring all guest units and common areas are well-presented and guest-ready. Your interactions will directly impact guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our establishment. Responsibilities Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards Maintain cleanliness on exterior property, lobby, and other common areas Coordinate with front desk and maintenance to prioritize room readiness and repairs Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize efficiency and reduce waste Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs, addressing issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping within a hospitality environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and commitment to high standards Able to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to work outside in the elements Must have reliable transportation This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming resort environment.
