Position Overview This role is responsible for leading the company's global project finance and capital markets strategies, supporting Voltalia's development and expansion of wind, solar, and energy storage projects. The primary focus lies in infrastructure finance, green finance instruments, and long-term capital structure optimization, ensuring the sustainable growth and efficient capital allocation of the company's energy asset portfolio. Key Responsibilities Formulate and execute the company's global capital markets and financing strategies to support renewable energy project development. Lead project finance initiatives, including those for wind, photovoltaic (PV), and energy storage assets. Design and implement green financing solutions, such as Green Bonds and Sustainability-Linked Loans (SLLs). Establish long-term relationships with commercial banks, development finance institutions (e.g., EIB, IFC, DFIs), and institutional investors. Manage cross-border financing structures and optimize the cost of capital for projects across various countries and regions. Support the design of financing structures and risk assessments related to Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Manage relationships with credit rating agencies and enhance the company's and its projects' credit rating capabilities. Contribute to the design of capital structures for portfolio financing, refinancing, and project mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Monitor global interest rates, energy markets, and green finance trends to provide decision-making support to senior management. Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Project Development, and Investment teams to ensure the efficient execution and regulatory compliance of financing transactions.
