Mission Lead and scale Roboze’s global positioning as a category-defining manufacturing platform by owning narrative, media, brand, employer branding, and strategic partnerships. Role Overview We are looking for a senior leader to drive Roboze’s global communication strategy across media, PR, brand, employer branding, and partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and business development. The selected candidate will shape how Roboze is understood by customers, partners, investors, talent, and the broader market, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all external touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Positioning & Narrative Define and evolve Roboze’s global positioning and messaging Ensure consistency of narrative across all regions, industries, and channels Develop and maintain core messaging frameworks, including category definition and value proposition Act as the central point of ownership for how the company is described externally 2. Media & Public Relations Build and manage relationships with top-tier international media, with a strong focus on the US Develop and execute a proactive media strategy aligned with business priorities Oversee PR agencies and ensure delivery of high-impact outcomes Drive coverage that reflects Roboze’s role in advanced manufacturing and mission-critical industries 3. Executive Communications Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on external positioning Manage executive visibility across media, speaking engagements, and thought leadership Develop high-quality content for keynotes, interviews, and strategic communications Position leadership as authoritative voices in manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial innovation 4. Strategic Partnerships Identify and develop strategic relationships with key industry players across aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial sectors Structure partnerships that strengthen market positioning and enable joint visibility Collaborate with business units to align partnerships with commercial and strategic priorities 5. Brand & Communication System Oversee the evolution of Roboze’s brand across all external assets (website, decks, events, content) Ensure coherence between brand identity, messaging, and business strategy Establish clear guidelines and governance for all communication materials 6. Employer Branding Define and execute a strong global employer branding strategy aligned with Roboze’s mission and growth ambitions Position Roboze as a destination for top-tier talent in engineering, manufacturing, and deep tech Work closely with leadership and HR to attract, engage, and retain high-caliber talent Develop content and initiatives that showcase culture, impact, and career opportunities 7. Creative Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives Design and execute bold, high-impact marketing campaigns that reinforce Roboze’s positioning Develop creative initiatives that break through noise and capture attention across key markets Combine storytelling, data, and industrial credibility to drive engagement and pipeline Continuously experiment with new formats, channels, and approaches 8. Content & Thought Leadership Define and execute a high-quality content strategy focused on: Industrial applications and case studies Market insights and point of view Executive thought leadership Ensure content reflects technical depth, credibility, and strategic relevance 9. AI-Driven Communication & Marketing Leverage AI extensively across communication, content creation, media analysis, and campaign execution Implement AI tools and workflows to increase speed, scale, and effectiveness of marketing and PR activities Drive a data-driven approach to communication, continuously optimizing performance through analytics and automation Stay at the forefront of AI-driven marketing practices and integrate them into the organization 10. Internal Alignment Drive alignment across teams (Sales, Business Units, Engineering, Marketing) on messaging and positioning Provide guidance and training to ensure consistent communication across the organization Act as a gatekeeper for external communication quality and coherence Profile Req
