Head of Electrical Systems About the Company Pioneering provider of electrical design, manufacturing & construction services Industry Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Electrical Systems to lead the development and execution of electrical systems for a hyperscale product line. This role is pivotal in ensuring the performance, reliability, and cost discipline of the electrical systems, which are critical to the success of the initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the electrical system architecture and deployment strategy, influencing various electrical design aspects, and ensuring that the systems are designed for manufacturability, repeatability, and field reliability. The position also involves leading a dedicated electrical team, providing technical mentorship, and driving continuous product improvements based on operational feedback. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical systems, with a proven track record of ownership from design to deployment. Leadership experience across design, manufacturing integration, and construction execution is essential, as is a strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards. The role requires the ability to interpret electrical design documents and experience in integrating commissioning considerations into design and construction processes. Preferred qualifications include experience in data centers or other mission-critical infrastructure, as well as a Professional Engineering (PE) license or Master Electrician credentials.
