About the role We're looking for a full-time Head of Engineering to lead our global team of developers. You will be accountable for the performance of our engagement and workflow platform that supports tens of thousands of front office interactions with patients and providers each day. You will own our engineering strategy for precisely and reliably delivering AI-enabled service experiences to patients, caregivers, and practice staff. You will play an instrumental role in building an engineering culture and developer experience that promotes growth and excellence, while upholding our values to Act as One Team, Own the Outcome, Default to Open, Learn Through Feedback, and See the Whole Person.
