The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing an enterprise-wide data strategy that is in line with the organization's growth and operational priorities. This role involves partnering with business and functional leaders to identify and unlock value from data, as well as serving as a strategic advisor on data, analytics, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, engineering, analytics, and AI enablement, and will be adept at translating data initiatives into measurable business value. Key responsibilities also include building and leading a high-performing data team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring the responsible and compliant use of AI technologies. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in enterprise data leadership. The role requires a proven track record in building or scaling enterprise data platforms and governance frameworks, as well as experience in partnering with executive stakeholders to drive strategic and organizational change. Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in multi-entity or distributed operations environments, private equity-backed or high-growth organizations, and relevant data governance certifications.
