Head of Financial Planning and Analysis About the Company Respected dental company Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of FP&A to lead its financial planning and analysis function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. This role requires a strategic partner who can align financial targets with the company's goals, develop and lead a high-performing FP&A team, and produce various financial reports and presentation materials. The Head of FP&A will also be instrumental in delivering financial insights, scenario modeling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial plans are in sync with business performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Advanced financial modeling skills are essential, and the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and have experience with NetSuite. The role involves implementing standardized FP&A tools, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making, as well as optimizing financial systems, forecasting models, and data automation in partnership with IT and finance operations.
