We are currently seeking a Head of Global Patient Recruitment & Digital Innovation, a strategic leader to join our diverse and dynamic Patient Recruitment & Retention organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the patient recruitment strategies to advance the future of Patient Recruitment in clinical trials through technology, external partnership collaborations, and our in house capabilities to support ICON's research objectives in expanding access to clinical trials for sites and their patients and delivering cutting edge solutions for our customers. What You Will Be Doing Leading and managing the patient recruitment team (patient insights, digital patient recruitment and recruitment materials), providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the effective execution of recruitment plans and initiatives. Strategic leader in Patient Recruitment leveraging technology and innovation to advance and positive disruption in Patient Recruitment in clinical trials - this includes and is not limited to innovation leveraging AI, platform enhancements and establishing key strategic partnerships.
