The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across various functions, from corporate to creative and operational roles. This includes the development and execution of hiring strategies that align with business needs, as well as the management of onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies. The Head of HR will also work closely with leadership on performance management, workforce planning, and ensure HR compliance and best practices are upheld. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company must have a minimum of 4 years' of experience in HR and recruiting, with a strong preference for those who have a background in the fashion or apparel industry.
