Key Responsibilities Lead global medical safety assessment, setting strategy and standards for development assets Manage and mentor a global team of Safety Physicians and Safety Scientists Oversee signal detection, risk management, and aggregate safety reporting Required Qualifications MD or equivalent medical degree required Minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry At least 10 years of leadership experience in pharmacovigilance and medical safety Experience with signal management and aggregate safety reports Proven track record leading global medical safety teams
