The successful candidate will be tasked with building and scaling a modern, AI-driven acquisition engine that is capable of consistently identifying and engaging with individuals who can benefit from the company's services. This hands-on, builder role involves determining the right target audience, designing and running effective campaigns, and significantly impacting registration and customer acquisition costs. The Head of Member Growth and Acquisition will be responsible for end-to-end member acquisition, from identifying high-potential populations to driving registration and early activation, and will be expected to run bold experiments across the acquisition funnel, including various outreach methods and optimization of the signup flow. Applicants for the Head of Member Growth and Acquisition position at the company should be prepared to own the entire member acquisition process and to build a robust acquisition machine that includes segmentation, targeting, channel strategy, and measurement frameworks.
