Job OverviewBLV Enterprises is a growing, dynamic company focused on building scalable operations and delivering high-quality service across its portfolio.As we continue to expand, we are seeking two driven and dependable Part-Time Head of Operations leaders to support and oversee company operations.In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Your leadership will ensure that all departments work cohesively to achieve business objectives, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape the future of our operations through innovative strategies and effective management.Schedule We are hiring for two separate part-time shifts:Shift 1:Monday - Wednesday 12 PM - 9 PM Shift 2:Thursday - Saturday 12 PM - 9 PM Position Overview The Head of Operations will oversee daily operational functions, ensure processes run efficiently, and support the execution of the company's strategy.This role works directly with the Founder/CEO to maintain operational structure, accountability, and performance.This is a leadership role requiring strong organization, decision-making, and hands-on execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shift Ensure workflows, service delivery, and internal processes run smoothly Address operational issues and implement solutions promptly Maintain quality control and performance standards Systems & Process Management Follow and help refine SOPs and operational systems Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with company policies Team & Performance Support Supervise and support team members during assigned shift Maintain accountability and productivity standards Communicate updates and operational reports to leadership Reporting & Coordination Track key performance metrics Provide shift reports to the Founder/CEO Ensure seamless handoff between shifts Qualifications 3years of leadership or operations management experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Strong communication and accountability mindset Experience working in fast-paced or small business environments preferred Must have a reliable vehicle for operational needs What We're Looking For Dependable and proactive leader Strong executor who takes ownership Detail-oriented and systems-minded Comfortable managing responsibilities with minimal supervision Join us as we elevate our operational capabilities through innovative leadership!
