Supporting a large, shared, integrated account, this individual will help manage fast-moving work-streams across paid media, creative, social, and influencer initiatives. managing timelines and approvals, and keeping projects moving forward behind the Coordinate the day-to-day management of paid media projects from client Manage creative development workflows, including timelines, reviews, approvals, client status updates and adherence to client regulatory Submit and shepherd creative deliverables through client legal and compliance Develop and actively manage project timelines, trackers, status documents, Partner closely with client service, creative, media, social, and partner agency teams to ensure seamless project execution Proactively identify project risks, resource constraints, and timeline Ensure all deliverables meet agency quality standards and are completed on Clarify strategic requirements and manage stakeholder expectations across clients, agency partners, and internal teams Contribute to project status meetings and communicate updates, priorities, Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and project delivery effectiveness 3-5 years of project management or account/project coordination experience Experience managing paid media, media creative production, social media, and/or influencer marketing projects Working knowledge of digital and social creative asset specifications across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV and display) including file Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows and creative approval Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced accuracy and quality Self-starter with the ability to manage workload independently and Experience utilizing project management platforms such as ClickUp, Experience working on regulated or compliance-sensitive brands preferred * Familiarity with paid media trafficking and creative asset delivery workflows Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and
