This pivotal position involves managing HR, payroll, hiring, and team development, as well as supporting the growth of attorneys and the scalability of the firm. The Head of Operations will also serve as a key partner to both attorneys and clients, leading operational alignment, client onboarding, and internal processes. Applicants for the Head of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' management experience, with a strong background in HR, hiring, and people management. Experience in law firm operations is strongly preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is also a plus.
