The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy that engages professionals in the health, fitness, and physical therapy sectors. This role involves building and managing long-term relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and brand partners, as well as designing scalable programs to support ambassador marketing, community advocacy, and thought leadership initiatives. The Head of Partnerships and Collaborations will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that campaigns align with brand standards and market strategies, and will be a trusted representative of the company within the health and wellness community. Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 6 years' of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, community engagement, or growth marketing, with a strong preference for those with a background in B2B SaaS and exposure to the healthcare, wellness, or fitness industries. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and growing detail-oriented or creator communities that drive measurable outcomes, as well as exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment, and will have a strong analytical skill set to assess program performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
