Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Head of Partnerships to join our team in a remote capacity. The role involves identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, managing key relationships, and driving collaboration opportunities with relevant stakeholders. You will spearhead initiatives to develop and scale partnership strategies, engage with potential partners, and negotiate deals that align with Open Scout's mission and goals. Additionally, you will analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and contribute toward shaping the company's partnership vision. Qualifications Strong expertise in Business Relationship Management, Partnerships, and Strategic Partnerships Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining long-term professional relationships Highly developed Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership opportunities, market trends, and data-driven strategies Proven track record in developing and implementing partnership strategies that support organizational goals Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment Experience in business development or similar roles, preferably in media, startups, or tech sectors Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
