You should have 6-10ish years in People / Talent / HR roles, with management experience This role is especially well-suited for someone who has spent time inside a scaling startup, wants broader ownership, and is excited by the idea of building a People function alongside the company itself What the job involves We’re looking for a Head of People & Culture to help scale the company through its next phase of growth. This is not a “keep the lights on” HR role. It’s an operator role for someone who likes building systems, solving messy problems, and helping ambitious teams perform at a higher level You’ll lead the People function end-to-end, managing a strong, lean (3FTE today) team across NYC and Tel Aviv, partnering closely with leadership on hiring, organizational design, performance, compensation, and scaling a global company in a fast-moving and highly regulated industry. You will help codify the company culture and traditions, and shape the People function as a business driver
