About AIOS AIOS is building the first vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe. We’re at >$250M ARR, serving >100k/mo patients, growing >10x YoY. We’re Europe’s fastest growing healthcare company. We’re profitable. As our wedge into the European healthcare system we’re using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history. We’re the only AI-native GLP-1 provider in Europe. Our master plan Step 1 $1Bn/yr : Over the last 12 months we've grown 40x to >100k UK GLP-1 patients. In 2026, we’ll hit $1Bn/yr and become #1 GLP-1 provider in UK. Step 2 $10Bn/yr : Blitzscale Europe. Become Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider by acquiring, retooling, then rapidly scaling regulated infrastructure across the top 10 EU markets, just as we did in the UK. Step 3 $100Bn/yr : Use our scale to vertically integrate across agentic patient care, autonomous prescribing, robotic dispensing, and dark factory manufacturing of medication. We'll be the first and only vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe. TLDR = 2026-2030 is the blitzscale landgrab until the semaglutide patent cliff, then we vertically integrate and own the whole value chain. The only way to keep up with this scale is to replace all marginal human time with AI. Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that infrastructure to deliver next-generation healthcare products at mass scale for low cost so every human can live at least 100 healthy years. In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company. We’re a young, founder-led startup. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us. As Head of Product Growth at AIOS, your fundamental role is to engineer word of mouth. I expect us to reach >0.3 30-Day K Factor (our Primary KPI). This is critical work for us to scale from 100k active customers today to 10 million customers by 2030. Initially, you’ll lead a small product squad, taking over our existing referral program. You’ll first understand our existing referral program, then rapidly improve it via experiments. It’s not unlikely you rip it up to rebuild the foundations. You’ll get the engineering + design resource you need. Over time, your work will broaden to including everything in Product Growth: Incentivized Referral, Pull Virality, Push Virality, UGC, Product as Marketing. You’ll build a high-performance organization under you to execute this. If you nail the role, you’ll continue to lead everything in Product Growth. If you’re truly excellent, you’ll be a leading candidate for our future CPO or CGO roles. This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work mostly async in the timezone of your choice. You must be around until midday Pacific Time every weekday to have enough crossover with me. FYI you’ll have flex in your calendar for kids if you have them: many of our team have kids so we’re kid-friendly. This is a senior role. You’ll report directly to me, Richie :) (our CEO). I’m intense, so you’ll also be intense. You’ll work long days and regularly work weekends. You’ll work most closely with me (Richie, CEO), our VP Growth (Rick Singh), our Head of Product (Ben Dowdle), our VP Engineering (Gzim Helshani). Key responsibilities Areas ”A startup is a company designed to grow fast. The only essential thing is growth. If you get growth, everything else tends to fall into place.” Overall: You’ll engineer word of mouth growth, and you’ll measure this primarily via 30-Day K Factor. Incentivized Referral : You’ll understand our existing referral program, then rapidly improve it via experiments. It’s not unlikely you rip it up to rebuild the foundations. Pull Virality : You’ll make our product social by default, encouraging customers to invite their friends because it improves their own product experience. Push Virality : You’ll turn our customers’ offline touchpoints into a billboard for the product. UGC : You’ll activate real customer stories, screenshots, milestones, and before/afters so our customers organically share content with their friends. Product as Marketing : You’ll get imaginative in the freemium experience (e.g. shot-tracking app) that we should be offering to get users into our ecosystem. Organic WoM : You’ll ge
