Job Title Head of Product - Trading Location Remote About The Opportunity We are seeking a visionary product leader to spearhead the development of a next-generation mobile financial application. Backed by a premier blockchain infrastructure firm that processes billions in daily volume, you will lead a "startup within a startup" to build a consumer-facing platform from the ground up. This is a high-autonomy role reporting directly to the CEO, designed for a builder ready to define the future of on-chain digital finance. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define the overarching product vision and multi-year roadmap for the mobile ecosystem. Full-Cycle Development: Lead the product from initial concept through global launch and subsequent scaling phases. Rapid Innovation: Execute high-velocity iteration cycles, leveraging user feedback and data-driven insights to refine the experience. Operational Ownership: Establish core success metrics, manage complex trade-offs, and maintain development momentum. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, design, and growth teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy. Executive Contribution: Serve as a key member of the leadership team, influencing broader organizational strategy and team expansion. Requirements (Must-have) Startup Experience: At least 4 years of product management experience within high-growth startup environments. Mobile Expertise: Minimum of 2 years dedicated to mobile product development with a proven history of launching 0-to-1 applications. Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of mobile ecosystems, including App Store optimization and innovative distribution strategies. Execution Focus: A strong bias for action and the ability to make critical decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical requirements for diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have) Previous experience developing financial technology (FinTech), developer-centric tools, or backend infrastructure. Conceptual understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain ecosystems, or digital assets. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $200,000 – $240,000 per year.
