Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Head – US to lead and scale our commercial growth across the region. This is a foundational leadership role, responsible for building our presence from the ground up—defining go-to-market strategy, driving enterprise sales, and establishing Artivia as a trusted partner in AI-powered creative and packaging transformation. You will operate as the regional commercial leader, owning revenue growth, key accounts, and strategic partnerships across Europe. What You Will Own 1. Regional Sales Leadership (Primary Focus) Define and execute Artivia’s go-to-market strategy for US Build a strong pipeline across CPGs, retailers, agencies, and packaging ecosystem players Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles Establish scalable sales processes: ICP, forecasting, CRM discipline, and playbooks Drive early traction and revenue growth in the region Build and scale a high-performing regional sales team over time 2. Market Development & Positioning Localize Artivia’s value proposition for US markets Identify priority industries, segments, and accounts Build brand credibility in AI-driven creative and packaging transformation 3. Strategic Partnerships Develop partnerships with Premedia and packaging companies Creative and branding agencies Printers and production partners Create a partner-led growth ecosystem to accelerate market penetration 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with founders, product, and delivery teams Provide market feedback to shape product roadmap and offerings Align sales strategy with global growth objectives Location Remote role based in the US, with travel for client engagement and market development.
