This includes driving ideation, process excellence, and transformation efforts to ensure the company is realizing value. The role involves close collaboration with business, technology, data, AI, and finance leaders, as well as regular updates to the executive team on the progress and results of strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities for the Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives include enterprise strategy development, leading the annual target letter process, and providing strategic oversight of the enterprise transformation roadmap. The role also involves assessing and developing business cases for new strategic initiatives, as well as managing top strategic relationships across the enterprise.
