This senior leadership role is pivotal, as the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end operation, including strategy, content creation, creator partnerships, fulfillment logistics, and P&L. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching and scaling TikTok Shop for a real brand, demonstrating a deep understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including affiliate programs, LIVE selling, short-form content strategy, and Ads. Key responsibilities for the Head of TikTok Shop Operations include owning the entire operation, from inception to execution, and the ability to build and lead a team dedicated to this channel. The role demands a professional with the experience of managing six- or seven-figure monthly revenue on the platform and a strong focus on driving growth and success within the TikTok Shop environment.
