Head Pizza Chef

We are opening a new brewery in Green Lake and looking for someone to lead our pizza program. This role will lead all aspects of recipe development , dough production and management, fermentation schedule, quality control. We are looking for a pizza guru who thinks they have the best NY style dough and sauce recipes! We would also consider Detroit style experience. This position requires experience with recipe development and overall pizza management. We are not looking for just a pizza cook... This is a FT hourly position and requires complete availability. You can expect to make $35-55/ hour
