Salary starts at $84,800.00/annually Rogue Community Health (RCH) is seeking an experienced Health Center Services Director to provide strong leadership, foster collaboration, and champion compassionate, high-quality care. This role oversees all aspects of health center operations, including supervision of clinic staff and volunteers, financial and operational performance, facilities oversight, and the successful delivery of clinic-based services in alignment with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) requirements. Working in a team-based environment, the Director plays a key role in personnel management, budget oversight, and ensuring safe, compliant clinic operations. This position promotes a culture of open communication, creative problem-solving, and continuous improvement, while upholding all OSHA and HIPAA standards. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and includes regular travel between multiple sites.
