OverviewPLEASE READ IN FULL:This is a customer-focused role, so naturally you'll have to have excellent communication skills, a customer service personality, and the ability to learn a lot of detailed information about health products.The primary role of this position is to assist customers with their questions regarding health products (especially supplements and natural foods), check them out at the register, and help in the receiving of our incoming orders to restock the shelves.Though having a background in health is preferred, having an interest in natural health is the greatest quality you could have since we do a lot of training on the job.We are a close knit team so it really should be stressed that getting along with others is key to this role.We strongly prefer someone in or near Fort Walton Beach since some shifts can be shorter (3 or 4 hours) and others a normal 8 hours.Duties Respond to customer inquiries in person and via phone in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information regarding health, supplements, and foods to assist customers in what could help them and what they are looking for.Check out customers at the register for their purchases.Help to pack and ship orders for the occasional customer that would like products mailed to them.Assist with daily chores around the store, such as watering plants, tidying shelves, pulling products forward on the shelves, etc.Processing incoming product orders and restocking the shelves with product.Other miscellaneous tasks in the store as needed to keep a clean and professional shopping environment.Other miscellaneous tasks in the store as needed to keep a clean and professional shopping environment.Requirements Proficiency and fluency in English is a must; multilingual abilities with Spanish are a plus but not required.Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is strongly preferred, especially if that experience is in a natural health related field.Strong communication skills, especially both verbal, is required.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and get along with both customers and staff is required.As long as you're a team player and perform well at the roll then this is a really low stress job and smooth environment to work in.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $19.50 per hour Application Question(s):How is your availability?
