Position: Healthcare Administration Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $40–$60/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build long-horizon front-office tasks in healthcare administration with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation. Develop scenarios in patient access including scheduling, eligibility verification, and intake with required fields. Create coordination tasks such as referral routing and records-request fulfillment with HIPAA elements. Design patient communication templates for pre-visit and post-visit with required disclosures. Work independently and focus on challenging scenarios that require long sessions. Qualifications Must-Have 2+ years in patient access, front office, or healthcare admin. Expertise in EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks. Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and referral coordination. Ability to read and produce admin artifacts like scheduling workflows and intake forms. Clear written communication to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
