Clinical Administrative Assistant (MUST LIVE LOCAL) Job Description and Responsibilities Job Summary:The Clinical Administrative Assistant, is a full-time, in office position, and is responsible for assisting and supporting all office staff with responsibilities such as answering phones, intake for the agency, organizing and managing files, reception, and prepare all documentation and conference room etc.The Clinical Administrative Assistant is required to have excellent communication and phone skills, inter-personal skills, advanced computer skills and a strong sense of organization, be a team-player, and good time management skills.Qualifications:Associates Degree or higher preferred Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative assistant Minimum of 1 year experience in Health Care/medical background preferred.Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills required.Professional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required.Advanced computer skills in software applications such as MS Office, Outlook, Teams etc.required.Ability to quickly learn proprietary software required.Ability to follow directions, take initiative, and problem-solve required.Maturity and ability to deal effectively with fast-paced demands required.Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Responsibilities:Learn, adopt, and adhere to established policies and procedures.Manage and enter all intake to the agency into the proprietary software.Assist the nursing, human resources, and staffing departments with office tasks such as filing, uploading/downloading documents, organizing online and paper files, printing, etc.Assist teams with set-up of staff orientation, and any other office tasks needed.Attend and participate in all office meetings and daily huddles.Participate in general office duties including, but not limited to, word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distribute mail, provide reception and telephone services.Activity Requirements:Ability to participate in basic office physical activity throughout shift.Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting, standing, bending, and/or being involved in physical activity.Moderate lifting for basic office tasks.Risk Exposure:Low Risk Job Type:Full time Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Off on holidays, no weekends Benefits:Paid time off accrued.(Available after 90 days) Medical insurance paid 50% (Available after 90 days) Aflac (Available after 90 days) The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (Clearinghouse) is a first-in-the-nation enterprise system for background screening results of individuals required by law to undergo screening for employment in positions that provide services to vulnerable populations, as mandated by section 435.12, Florida Statutes.Access the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse here:https://info.flclearinghouse.com/.If you are seeking employment as a care provider, learn about the screening process at:https://info.flclearinghouse.com/screening-information.For information on education and awareness:https://info.flclearinghouse.com/education-awareness.For FAQ's, visit:https://info.flclearinghouse.com/faq.To learn more about preparing for your screening appointment, visit:https://info.flclearinghouse.com/livescan-information.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Benefits:401(k) Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location:In person.
