We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our team and oversee the operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of our healthcare-related client engagements.In this role, you will manage practice operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid), oversee billing revenue cycle management, and support strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.If you have a background in healthcare administration, medical practice management, or healthcare operations, this fully remote role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for healthcare client engagements, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, performance monitoring, and invoice processing.Coordinate with clinical staff, physicians, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and state-specific requirements.Oversee revenue cycle management, including billing, coding, collections, and payer reimbursement.Monitor key financial metrics (accounts receivable, denial rates, collection rates) and implement improvement strategies.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for healthcare operations.Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of administrative staff.Participate in strategic planning initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.Requirements Previous experience in healthcare administration, medical practice management, or related healthcare operations role is preferred.Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field is preferred.Deep understanding of HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare compliance requirements.Experience with billing, coding, collections, and payer reimbursement processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is highly valued.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or similar) and practice management software is a plus.Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and key healthcare financial metrics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clinical staff, patients, and external partners.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve operational challenges proactively.Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational improvements Benefits Work from anywhere Competitive pay Flexible schedule Supportive and collaborative environment Opportunities for growth and advancement.
