Job Description
As a Coordinator Clinical Program at UCHealth, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Working across hospitals and outpatient facilities, you will coordinate the daily operations of designated clinical programs, ensuring that patients, families, and care teams experience seamless and efficient care. In this position, you will partner closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to organize program workflows, patient scheduling, and resource allocation. You will help manage referrals, track patient progress across the continuum of care, and facilitate communication between departments to reduce barriers and delays. Drawing on your understanding of clinical terminology and healthcare operations, you will support the development and implementation of standardized care pathways, documentation practices, and program protocols aligned with UCHealth’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for collecting and reviewing clinical and operational data, maintaining accurate records within electronic health record systems, and preparing reports and dashboards to support program evaluation and decision-making. You will contribute to quality improvement projects by identifying trends, monitoring key performance metrics, and collaborating with leaders to enhance patient experience, safety, and outcomes. A strong focus on regulatory compliance, privacy standards, and adherence to UCHealth policies is essential. This role also includes direct interaction with patients and families, providing education about program services, assisting with navigation through the healthcare system, and connecting individuals with appropriate resources. You will be expected to communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse populations, reflecting UCHealth’s inclusive culture and respect for all backgrounds. UCHealth is a Colorado-based, nonprofit health care system that values innovation, diversity, and collaboration. As a Coordinator Clinical Program, you will benefit from access to ongoing training, professional development opportunities, and exposure to leading clinical practices. You will work in a supportive environment that encourages initiative, problem-solving, and teamwork as we continually refine how we deliver care. The position is typically full-time, with a hybrid mix of on-site clinical presence and administrative work that may be completed remotely, depending on program needs. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with solid experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or clinical program support who are ready to help shape the patient care experience. You will leverage your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for service to ensure that UCHealth’s clinical programs operate smoothly and consistently meet the needs of our communities.
