The Opportunity This hire reflects continued investment in senior leadership as demand grows across M&A, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), and Corporate Strategy. You will play a central role in shaping client strategy and expanding the firm’s presence across North America. Key Responsibilities Lead complex M&A and CDD engagements across the product lifecycle Advise senior executives on commercial and strategic challenges Drive business development and key account growth Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams Contribute to thought leadership and industry presence Candidate Profile 12+ years’ experience in consulting or life sciences strategy with a global strategy consultancy Strong expertise in payer dynamics and global pricing and market access Proven track record delivering commercial impact Established client relationships within pharma or biotech Advanced degree preferred What Success Looks Like Rapid credibility with senior stakeholders New client wins and repeat business generation Strong team leadership and capability building Contribution to thought leadership initiatives Additional Details Hybrid working model
