The Role This is a true hunter role. You will be responsible for: Breaking into new pharmaceutical accounts Building relationships with medical affairs, MSL leadership, field reimbursement and market access teams Closing enterprise-level deals ($100K–$300K+) Driving net new revenue, not managing existing accounts If you always need inbound leads to succeed, this is not the role. What Makes This Opportunity Different You’re selling into a market where credibility matters Our certifications & training are already used by 1000+ top pharma companies globally You’ll be selling high-value solutions, not low-ticket products You’ll have the ability to sell AI-driven capabilities (ACMAi) into a market that is actively looking for it Who We’re Looking For Experience and Backgournd Have sold into pharmaceutical or biotech companies (non-negotiable) Have a track record of closing new business (not just managing accounts) Have personally closed $1M+ in annual revenue Know how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles Can get meetings, build trust, and close deals without hand-holding B2B sales experience pharmaceutical industry and biotech medical affairs understanding enterprise sales experience healthcare education account management lead generation business development pharma partnerships Bonus if you: Have relationships in field reimbursement, medical affairs or MSL leadership Have sold SaaS, training, or consulting solutions Understand where AI is going in pharma Who This Is NOT For Account managers who rely on inbound leads People who have “supported” deals but never owned them Anyone without direct experience selling into pharma Key Responsibilities Own and drive new business development across pharmaceutical and biotech companies Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level deals (training, certification, and AI solutions) Build relationships with key stakeholders including: Medical Affairs Leaders MSL Leadership Commercial, Field Reimbursement & Market Access Teams HR / Learning & Development Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → solutioning → closing Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and consistently exceed revenue targets What We’re Looking For Required 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience Direct experience selling into pharmaceutical or biotech companies Proven track record of closing new business (hunter mentality) Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas Strong network within life sciences / pharma organizations Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles What Success Looks Like Rapid ramp-up of pipeline within first 60 days Consistent closing of new pharmaceutical accounts Expansion of ACMA’s footprint across top 25 pharma companies Strong contribution to ACMA’s B2B revenue growth targets Consistently willing to learn and level-up Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission Competitive health, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off Hybrid flexibility (NJ-based preferred) Direct access to executive leadership and strategic decision-making Opportunity to sell into top pharmaceutical c
