🚀 Strategic Partner Opportunity in Healthcare Staffing The Partner Profile (Who You Are): The Industry Expert: You have a proven background in staffing, B2B healthcare solutions, or facility administration (e.g., former Staffing Coordinators or Schedulers). You understand the pain points of Directors of Nursing (DONs) because you have walked in their shoes. The Entrepreneurial Professional: You are seeking a high-autonomy, 1099 contractor arrangement where your revenue is directly tied to the value you generate. You want "skin in the game" and the freedom to build your own book of business. The Strategic Communicator: You are comfortable initiating high-volume, professional outreach (partners who succeed in this model typically initiate 100+ strategic contacts weekly) to build meaningful relationships with facility decision-makers and clinical talent. Scope of the Engagement: As a Strategic Partner, you will independently manage your desk and dictate your own schedule and methods to achieve the following deliverables: Market Development: Proactively identify and initiate collaborative relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities, and local hospitals to secure Master Staffing Agreements for temporary and direct-hire placements. Talent Alignment: Source, vet, and represent highly qualified clinical professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensuring they meet both compliance standards and facility needs. Account Stewardship: Act as the primary consultant for your partnered facilities, addressing their urgent coverage needs and building long-term workforce strategies. The Partnership Structure & Revenue Model: Because we view this as a business-to-business partnership, our compensation structure is designed to heavily reward successful execution: Uncapped Revenue Share: Highly competitive commission structures on all billed temporary hours, plus full discretion to negotiate your own Direct Placement fee agreements (typically 20-25% of the candidate's first-year compensation). Validation & Milestones: We operate on a mutual "Fast Success" model. To ensure our partnership is mutually beneficial, we look for a proof-of-concept Validation Milestone within the first 30 days of the engagement (specifically, the successful placement of at least one clinician resulting in billed revenue).
