Hearing Care Sales Consultant - Tupelo & Columbus, MS Base Commission High Earning Potential We are a growing Beltone hearing care practice serving Tupelo and Columbus, seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to help expand our local market share.This role is ideal for a strong closer who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.If you've been interested in medical device sales, this is your opportunity -- we provide training and assist with obtaining your Hearing Instrument Specialist license.Licensed candidates or audiologists are eligible for a sign-on bonus.Compensation & Benefits Entry / non-licensed:$25,000-$28,000 base salary Proven sales / licensed:$30,000-$38,000 base salary Tiered commission up to 12% Monthly growth bonuses Top performers earn $90K-$120Kannually Group health insurance 401(k) Work-life balance:Monday-Friday 8-5, most weekends and holidays off Responsibilities Conduct needs-based consultations and present personalized hearing solutions Close sales ethically while exceeding revenue goals Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention Help grow referrals and community presence Work closely with clinical and front office staff Qualifications Proven sales success (consultative or high-ticket preferred) Strong communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable working with older adults Professional, coachable, and performance-driven High School Diploma or GED Must be 21 years of age or older This is not an order-taking role.We are looking for someone who wants to help build a business and be rewarded for performance.Apply with your resume and a brief note about your sales background.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..
