Heat Treat Operator

Experienced in Heat Treating metals and SPC Attendance on-time and a disciplined schedule. Typical 3 1/2 day, 40 + hour week. Load Steel Dies in and out of furnace. Able to read Calibers and Micrometers Operate a forklift. Ability to read and record measurements Bullard Grinder experience helpful Disciplined Statistical Process Control, full training provided Ability to learn to read a hardness tester. Accurate time keeping and math skills. Ability to work in hot environment.
