Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician based in Dallas, TX, with some flexibility for remote work for administrative tasks. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. Occasional plumbing tasks and compliance with regulatory requirements are part of the role. Qualifications Expertise in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems Knowledge of Plumbing and Electricity in HVAC environments EPA certification and a strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations Ability to work in a hybrid model (on-site in Dallas, TX, with some remote administrative work) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team Previous experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems is a plus Completion of a recognized HVAC training program or certification is preferred
