Job Overview We’re looking for a motivated, energetic professional to join our growing Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and building great relationships with customers. What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation Previous experience in duct and dryer vent cleaning is required What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and water restoration services for residential and commercial clients Work independently or alongside a team partner to complete jobs efficiently Support Lead Cleaning & Mitigation Technicians to ensure smooth daily operations Learn company systems and techniques with opportunities to grow into a leadership role Educate customers about additional services and solutions available through BBS Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and fully stocked Prepare workspaces by moving furniture and following proper safety procedures Follow all industry safety standards and company protocols on every job site Provide outstanding customer experiences from start to finish Schedule Full-time position Monday through Saturday Weekend availability may be needed Pay & Perks Starting at $1,500 per week Bonus opportunities Commission pay Tips Fuel cards Paid training Relocation assistance Work Location On the road / field-based work If you’re hardworking, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a strong team, we’d love to hear from you!
