Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Key Responsibilities: Startup and commission new HVAC systems installed on construction projects Install, inspect, and perform repairs or replacements on HVAC equipment Conduct routine preventative maintenance on systems Troubleshoot system issues using wiring diagrams and technical documentation Respond to emergency service and maintenance requests as needed Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies Maintain professionalism and integrity in all work environments Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service or startup experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components Ability to read and interpret HVAC wiring diagrams Universal EPA Certification required Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems Exposure to new construction startup and commissioning Familiarity with institutional projects (schools, hospitals, etc.) Benefits: Competitive compensation Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Collaborative and team-oriented work environment
