Job Summary We are growing and need some Great candidates to help in our Production activities! We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Visual Production Associate(s) to join our sunglasses manufacturing facility.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly and production of high-quality sunglasses, ensuring that each product meets our standards for craftsmanship and durability.This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team focused on innovative eyewear production, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and precision.Responsibilities BUILD SHADES! Adding left and right side arms to sunglasses in a production environment.Support the setup and organization of the assembly line to optimize workflow and productivity.Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is appreciated but not necessary Warehouse experience is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Basic understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures.Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and collaborate effectively with team members.This role offers an engaging environment where your skills contribute directly to creating premium sunglasses enjoyed worldwide.We value proactive individuals committed to quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement.Join us in shaping innovative eyewear products through precision manufacturing. This position is temporary and is a TEMP position for a minimum of 2 weeks to help build sunglasses and build shipping boxes If the candidate demonstrates a good fit, team player, dependable and there is a demand in the business we are open to hiring on the right candidate fit!
