Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Heavy Duty Alignment Technician / Front End Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise wheel alignments, front-end repairs on a wide range of commercial vehicles. Your expertise will ensure optimal vehicle performance, safety, and longevity. Duties Conduct detailed wheel alignments on heavy-duty trucks, motor homes and pickup trucks, 4x4 using advanced alignment tools and schematics. Perform front-end repairs including suspension work, shocks & struts replacement, steering components, and tire service to ensure smooth operation. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and fabrication techniques for equipment repair and assembly tasks. Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control procedures. Qualifications Proven experience working in a dealership or heavy equipment service environment with a strong mechanical background. Familiarity with schematics for heavy machinery and automotive systems; ability to interpret technical manuals effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
