Heavy Equipment Operator We are a family-owned construction company looking for an experienced and dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. Schedule Monday through Friday 40–50 hours per week Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Equipment may include: Skid steers Loaders Excavators Perform daily fueling and greasing of machines Assist crew members outside of equipment when needed Work on utility projects including: Water Sewer Drainage Grading Follow all jobsite safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment Experience with utility work preferred Valid driver’s license required OSHA 10 certification required Massachusetts Hoisting License required Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Team player willing to help wherever needed What We Offer Competitive wages Steady work seasonal, March Through December Supportive family-oriented company culture Opportunity to grow with a respected local business If you are hardworking, dependable, and looking to join a company that values its employees, we’d love to hear from you.
